تخوّف تقرير عبري من تنامي ظاهرة مشاركة الشبان والأطفال الفلسطينيين في أعمال عنف ضد الإسرائيليين، ولا سيما في الفترة الأخيرة.
وحسب تقرير نشره موقع "نيوز 1" العبري، تعاظمت هذه الظاهرة في الأسابيع الأخيرة بالقدس الشرقية، وحتى الآن نفّذ 3 فتيان فلسطينيون هجمات ضد إسرائيليين، من بينهم الفتى محمود عليوات (13 عامًا)، الذي أطلق النار على مواطنين إسرائيليين بمسدس في قرية سلوان بالقدس الشرقية.
مشاركة الفتيان الفلسطينيين في العمليات في القدس الشرقية ستزداد بشكل أكبر مع اقتراب شهر رمضان، وفقًا لمسؤولين أمنيين إسرائيليين.
وادعى التقرير أن "المسؤولين الأمنيين في إسرائيل يشعرون بقلق بالغ إزاء تنامي هذه الظاهرة، فهذه الهجمات، بحسبهم، عادة ما تحدث في البلدة القديمة أو الأحياء اليهودية بالقرب من خط التماس في القدس الشرقية ضد المواطنين الإسرائيليين وأفراد قوات الأمن. وقد حصل المهاجمون على لقب أشبال القدس (أولاد القدس) وأصبحوا أبطالًا جددًا في نضال الفلسطينيين ضد إسرائيل. حيث يرى الجيل الجديد في القدس الشرقية أن إسرائيل عدو يجب هزيمته من خلال أعمال العنف".
وأضاف التقرير أن "الفتيان والأطفال هم عدي التميمي الذي قتل الجندية نوعا لازار على حاجز شعفاط، وخيري علقم الذي نفذ المذبحة في حي نافيه يعقوب بالقدس، وفادي أبو شخيدم، وهو مدرس في القدس الشرقية، الذي قتل المواطن الإسرائيلي إيلي كاي في البلدة القديمة، ومصباح أبو صبيح الذي قتل إسرائيليين في حي الشيخ جراح في القدس الشرقية عام 2016 ويسميه الفلسطينيون أسد القدس".
ووفقًا لمسؤولين أمنيين، فإن "مشاركة الفتيان الفلسطينيين في العمليات في القدس الشرقية، سوف تزداد بشكل أكبر مع اقتراب شهر رمضان".
وحسب التقرير، يحاول الفلسطينيون تقديم تفسيرات مختلفة لظاهرة انخراط الأطفال والفتيان الفلسطينيين إلى دائرة موجة العنف الأخيرة، وتحميل إسرائيل مسؤولية ذلك، وهم يلومونها على حقيقة أن إسرائيل تستفز الفلسطينيين بأفعالها في المسجد الأقصى، وعلى خلفية إهمال بلدية القدس للعناية بأحياء القدس الشرقية، بسبب الغضب من عمليات الهدم غير القانونية للمنازل، والإجراءات التي يتخذها الجيش الإسرائيلي ضد الجماعات المسلحة في الضفة الغربية.
وزعم الكاتب والمحلل السياسي في الموقع، يوني بن مناحم، أن تنامي هذه الظاهرة وخاصة في القدس الشرقية يعود إلى عدة أمور أسباب منها "التحريض الوحشي ضد إسرائيل واليهود من قبل السلطة الفلسطينية والتنظيمات المسلحة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والتحريض في جهاز التعليم والتعليم في المنزل. حيث يساهم الآباء الفلسطينيون في التحريض وغرس الكراهية الشديدة لإسرائيل واليهود في أطفالهم".
وكذلك ادعى بن مناحم، أنه "تعمل في القدس الشرقية حوالي 200 مدرسة، معظمها تدرّس وفق مناهج السلطة الفلسطينية التي تؤكد الرواية الفلسطينية للنكبة، وتتجاهل وجود دولة إسرائيل واتفاقات أوسلو، وتؤكد على أهمية القدس والشرقية والمسجد الأقصى ومعارضة إسرائيل".
وقال إن "القلق الإسرائيلي الآن يتمثل في توسع هذه الظاهرة في الفترة التي تسبق شهر رمضان، وشروع الأطفال والفتيان الفلسطينيين في شن هجمات للانتقام من الإسرائيليين لمقتل فلسطينيين على أيدي القوات الأمنية الإسرائيلية".
وزعم بن مناحم أن "رجالات الدين في القدس الشرقية يدعمون هذه الظاهرة، وأن مسؤولي السلطة الفلسطينية يشدون على أيدي الأطفال، تحت ذريعة أن كل الوسائل صالحة لمحاربة إسرائيل"، على حد وصفه.
